Appointment of a service provider to capacitate implementers on the Social and behaviour change package of services/programmes (MCC and CCE)
The South African National Aids Council Trust (SANAC Trust) on behalf of The National Department of Social Development is hereby calling all interested service providers to assist The South African National Aids Council Trust (SANAC Trust) to capacitate SBC implementers in 9 provinces on the Social and Behaviour Change package of services/programmes as follows: MCC (Men Championing Change) and Community Capacity Enhancement (CCE).
Eligibility Criteria: The service provider must provide valid company/consultancy registration documentation which will be verified for validity with the CIPC and also produce a valid tax clearance certificate. The service provider must be able to capacitate NGO’s in multiple provinces simultaneously. The service provider must have extensive experience in HIV & AIDS environment as well as social and behavior change programmes. The service provider must have understanding of and experience in community development, social facilitation and community mobilization. The service provide must possess certified master trainers and must possess excellent analytical, programme management, research, presentation and facilitation skills. The service provider must have sound financial systems in place that is able to comply with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). The service provider must have the ability to gather data, compile information and compile reports. The service provider must demonstrate the ability to operate in a multi sectoral environment. Applications must comply with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) to ensure sound financial management and accounting procedures. All applications for funding must be done using a technical proposal along with a GANTT chart and cost analyses. All sections of the applications must be fully and comprehensively completed.
