The role of this consultant is to lead the work dealing with the development of the relevant chapter/s of the NSP that will capture the comprehensive response for human rights, including stigma and discrimination in the NSP. This will include the collection, collation, analysis and management of relevant information throughout the process and the writing up of sections in support of the lead writer.
