The South African National AIDS Trust invites applications from eligible consultants to bid for a short-term assignment for the development of a technical proposal to the European Union. The basis of the assignment is to rework and refine the current proposal and; using the narrative develop a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework as the basis to guide the 2-year human rights focused programme. Interested consultant should submit a brief proposal and scope of work not extending beyond 5 working days.
